Job Description:  Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with their bookkeeping and accounting
  • Preparation of Compiled and/or Reviewed Financial Statements
  • Preparation of tax estimates and projections
  • Preparation of individual’s and trust tax returns
  • Preparation of business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120S)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of accounting AND tax preparation experience, preferably business AND individual returns
  • B.S./B.A. Degree from an Accredited College/University (Accounting or Business preferred)
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience with direct client communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with UltraTax and Quickbooks preferred
  • Self-Motivated
  • Organized
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Multi-tasker
  • Willingness to assist and train other staff
  • Ability to work individually or in a team setting
